Personalised printing

Professional printing is all about printing the same design over and over again. Sometimes, however, a customer’s business needs go beyond the standard. Personalised printing responds to a number of additional needs, for example by applying a unique code or address to a standard printout.

Many years of experience in personalised printing

Druck.pl has many years of experience in personalised printing. We serve the largest HORECA companies in the European market. We supply products such as promotional code leaflets, scratch cards and many more.

The capabilities of our printing facilities allow us to collaborate effectively on both small and large orders. The developed standards allow us to deliver personalised products at attractive prices.

Logistics

In order to meet the specific needs of our customers, we have developed logistical procedures that allow delivering personalised products to the company headquarters and to individual points of sale. These points of sale can even be located in many different locations throughout Europe. This allows businesses to eliminate the step of subsequently storing and sending prints to their destination.

Personalised printing – elements

With personalised printing, the main limit is usually the imagination of the ordering party. However, there are standard elements of this type of order, such as the printing of all kinds of addresses and other recipient markings, the printing of barcodes or QR codes unique to each product. In addition, printing unique promotional codes, also in the form of scratch cards, is a large part of this type of production.

Most personalised products

Large personalised productions primarily concern brochures and catalogues with the addresses of their recipients stamped. Similar details appear on various types of invitations or greeting cards.

Products used in direct sales are mainly leaflets with promotional codes, gift and discount cards with unique numbers, but also numbered tickets.

Another significant group of productions are all kinds of diplomas, ID cards and badges.

Full range of possibilities for personalised printing

We always speak of personalised printing when an element unique to each piece (for example, a variable promotional code) appears to a mass printed design (for example, a leaflet design).

However, there is no closed catalogue of products that can be personalised, nor are there elements that are supposed to be unique to a given production. It is therefore worth letting your imagination run wild and tailoring the product to your own needs.

Personalisation as a source of data

Finally, it is worth mentioning that personalisation can also provide very valuable insights, essential for marketing processes. By applying unique QR codes instead of a single, standard code, it is possible to track the effectiveness not only of an entire batch of a product at once, but also of its individual components.

Companies quite often explore the use of QR codes on business cards, for example. Few, on the other hand, appreciate the ability to track the use of a specific business card, or to assign additional actions to it – for example, notifying a salesperson when a specific QR code is scanned. This allows the sales funnel to be tracked more precisely and provides valuable knowledge to optimise marketing processes.
